In accordance with N.J.A.C. 19:25-15.44, candidates for the office of Governor are entitled to submit a prepared ballot statement to be posted on the county clerk’s websites, the website of the Division of Elections and the website of the Election Law Enforcement Commission.

The New Jersey Campaign Contributions and Expenditures Reporting Act, N.J.S.A. 19:44A-37, allows candidates for the office of Governor to provide a statement, not exceeding 500 words, to assist the voters of this State in making their determination among the candidates.
